ERO Nutrition Return Policy

At ERO, we’re dedicated to providing you with products you’ll love, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below so we can make the process as smooth as possible. 

  • Returns and Refunds
    • Unopened Items Only: For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
    • Return Eligibility Window: Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product upon arrival), ERO will cover the cost of return shipping.
    • For any other reason, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive and verify the condition of your returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

If your item is eligible for a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@eronutrition.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
